What I do …
My speciality is to support people of all ages who are moving through personal life changes, disruptions and experiencing burnout. These moments can leave us feeling lost, especially when they touch key life areas like Relationships, Family, Career, Finances, Health, Soul and Life Purpose.
I walk alongside my clients, meeting them with empathy and creating a safe space as they reconnect with their true selves.
My natural ability to recognize patterns, whether personal, societal, or global helps guide the clients self healing process.
All sessions are never one-size-fits-all. Each is uniquely tailored to the individual client and incorporates what’s needed in order to get to the root cause of their issue .
I blend Medical Science, Intuition, Holistic principles, Astrology and Spirituality with practical tools like Kinesiology and EFT. These approaches help clear blocks on every level—mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical.
After over a decade of studying and practicing Kinesiology, Holistic Coaching, and Energy Healing as well as 30 years as practicing Astrologer , I’ve built a diverse toolbox that addresses limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, ancestral patterns, stress, and more. With these tools and combined 30 years experience has enabled me to weave my skills uniquely together to facilitate each session to get to the root cause of an issue .
My passion lies in the mind-body connection and how the body holds onto stressors which can result in health issues.
Ultimately, my role is to walk with you, as you explore and shift what’s been holding you back—so you can return to yourself, more whole and empowered.
